Please reschedule your appointment if you are not feeling well. We will respectfully follow the same policy and notify you if your service provider isn't feeling well.

Hair Collective requires 24 hours notice to cancel, modify or reschedule appointments. Cancellations that occur with less than 24 hours notice will be subject to a fee of 50% of the value of the appointment. Subsequent cancellations without required notice will be charged 100% of the value of the appointment. No shows will be charged 100% of the value of the appointment.
